Cleared for Take Off
Vanessa Short believes that if something keeps us from “flying” our best lives, it matters, as no one is broken beyond repair or repaired beyond progress. Amid our pursuit of personal self-growth and healing, we sometimes forget what we already have. In this session, “Cleared for Take Off,” we will be reminded of what we have to help us not become unnecessarily grounded.
Lunch – Grazing Goat Charcuterie
Baked Goods - Breakfast Café
Raise Your Vibration
Jen Kelly will energize us with techniques to free your mind and body of toxic influences to become more balanced, improve mental clarity, and redue stress, anxiety, and dis-ease. Allow your energy to flow and raise your vibration with helpful techniques and exercises you can do anywhere to increase positivity and release stagnant or negative energy.
